4. Shipping and Delivery
SYVEN offers Free Standard Shipping and a paid Express option. Delivery times are indicative and may vary by destination. Please note:
- SYVEN is not responsible for delays caused by customs, logistics strikes, or force majeure events.
- The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of your product to exercise your right of withdrawal. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, and with original tags. Refunds are issued via the original payment method used.
6. Liability
SYVEN is not liable for indirect damages or damages resulting from the improper use of purchased products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific item in question.
