🔁 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Consumer Protection Laws, you have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, without the need for justification.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be in perfect condition, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags and security seals must be intact.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging (or equivalent protection).
- Note: Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
🚚 Shipping & Costs
While SYVEN provides free standard shipping on all outgoing orders, please note:
- Return Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Errors/Defects: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, SYVEN will cover all shipping costs to rectify the situation.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Alternatively, you may opt for store credit for future purchases.
